In 2015, an unknown girl randomly placed her bag (containing a camera) in Frida's hand. The girl turned around and never came back. The only thing left for Frida to do, was to grab the camera and start portraying the beauty she had always noticed in the details of the city and the people around her. She has a weakness for hidden metaphors, and is fascinated by the unexpected - misplaced elements and twisted realities. Her inspiration primarily comes from everyday scenarios such as people interacting on the bus, or an insect crawling across the asphalt. in her eyes, visual arts is one of the greatest ways of communicating and gaining perspective, putting feelings and simple emotion above a matter of language.
